Our Approach
My training is based on positive reinforcement, evidence-based behaviour science, and animal welfare.
I do not use electric collars, prong collars, punitive slip leads, intimidation, physical punishment, or methods that intentionally push dogs into distress or loss of control.
Important Notes
Training is a gradual process. Progress depends on the dog’s individual history, health, environment, daily management, guardian consistency, and ongoing practice.
Behaviour change cannot be guaranteed within a fixed timeframe. I do not promise quick fixes, complete cures, or that a behaviour will never happen again.
Safety & Welfare
For reactivity, aggression, anxiety, fear, or other high-risk behaviour cases, safety and welfare always come first.
Training will focus on safe management, stress reduction, realistic expectations, and practical strategies that can be used in daily life.
In some cases, veterinary input or referral to another qualified professional may be recommended.
Communication & Support
Support between sessions is for brief clarification related to the current training plan.
Detailed video review, new behaviour concerns, major changes, or additional training goals may require an extra session or reassessment.
Service Scope
Training support is based on the concerns discussed and agreed before or during booking.
If new issues arise during the process, we may need to adjust the plan, reassess the case, or arrange additional support.
Before We Start
Before formal training begins, clients will receive the full Service Agreement & Informed Consent document.
This ensures we both have a clear understanding of the training approach, expectations, safety responsibilities, service scope, communication boundaries, and consent.
